Best gym in the area, excellent range od equipment for leasure aswell as sports & strength/body building. Well kept, clean, friendly staff. Cant fault it 5*

This has got to be the best gym I've joined in years all the staff are so helpful and attentive to the customers I've never seen this high level of customer service in previous gym I've been to loads of space and equipment even little workouts cards for newbies extremely friendly members who are happy to chat and give advice the changing rooms are emaculate and well looked after I would highly recommend this place well done fresh gym your providing something very different I hope that does not ever change
Fresh is great. Glitz is unnecessary when you have such friendly and knowledgeable staff. It's a great gym that caters for all fitness needs, kitted out with good machines, several workout areas, classes throughout the week and a great atmosphere. I have also found the physio team to be invaluable when my body has 'given up' on occasions. I can't recommend Fresh highly enough.
