I can't speak to the shop part, but I had a delicious tuna melt from the cafe which was just over 4. There's a nice outside seating area in addition to the tables indoors. The manager operates the ferry that is a vital part of the Thames Path, and can be requested via bell every 15 mins.

A lovely little shop/store full of nautical gifts, you can even have a tea,coffee and cakes at their tea rooms. Enjoy your shopping down by the river Thames at shepperton lock. A lovely shopping experience!

Not a true Chandler as the bits on sale are novelty marine things, rather than proper boat equipment, nevertheless what is for sale is a collection of interesting novel items. Coffee shop attached is also quaint and nicely located.
