Dobbies garden centre, a regular hunt for my wife and I, always plenty of parking, good for wheelchairs and well laid out inside. There is a restaurant were you can get good food and drink. Also has wash room, toilet too. Due to the vivid 19, as most places their rules and guide lines. Nice big area for plants ornament, plant pots ect, everything for your gardening needs. Normally have a good christmas display and a set evening for card holder, not sure what is happening this Christmas, we will have to see. All in all a nice well presented garden centre with i might add friendly staff at hand. Recommend a visit.

We went for breakfast which was hot and tasty and then to shop. The restaurant is slow. Be prepared to wait but they are conscientious about taking personal details and distancing people. Maybe at least one more person serving would help. This is the second visit in a week and it was the same both times. The lost star is due to the waiting. Everybody throughout the store is friendly and the Christmas stock selection although not all out yet is the usual eclectic selection and good quality so Christmas present buying is on its way. An enjoyable place to visit with all the proper precautions properly put in place.

Having completed our shop we decided to have a light lunch. Stood in the queue for 10 minutes at around 12.15pm, which in these covid times seemed reasonable. However, when served we were informed that there were no sandwiches or jacket potatoes available. How you would run out of product at this time of day smacks of incompetence not to mention this information should have been displayed at the head of the queue. Would appreciate some feedback although not holding my breath.
