Would like to say a big thank you to Consutant Radiologist Zsolt Balogh and his assistant Oana Olindraru they were brilliant, they put me at ease and explained the procedure througout. I had an injection in my achilles which was helped by their kind and compassionate attitude. I would highly recommend.

Chose to travel here from Plymouth to have total hip replacement surgery. Much shorter waiting list than Plymouth hospitals. Shepton Mallet Treatment Centre also score outstanding in all categories. They allowed me to be admmited the night before surgery to save an extra trip up for a pre surgery blood test. I was on a 2 bed ward with ensuite bathroom and a beautiful veiw of the surrounding countryside. You will need sat nav to find it though! as its tucked away behind a residential housing area. Its about 2 hour trip back to Plymouth and the trip back home was a little uncomfortable, but the very short waiting list for hip replacement surgery far outways this! Thank you to all the wonderful staff who looked after me.

Attended Shepton Mallet NHS Treatment Centre yesterday afternoon to have some treatment to improve my hearing which had become severely impaired over the last few months due to build-up of wax in both ears (one of which has a perforated eardrum). I was very impressed with everything about the centre and in particular with the staff who were excellent. Many thanks. 0as my ears which had become partially blocked and were causing me hearing problems.

I cannot recommend Shepton Mallet Treatment Centre highly enough. Mister Naghla, who performed my hip replacement assured me that I would be able to return to work as a Tree Surgeon after the operation without problem. Thanks to him and the hardworking, friendly team of nurses, carers and physiotherapists, I am as good as new with just a minimal scar to prove that I've had it done. Thank you all. Brilliant .

Absolutely brilliant. Everyone, from the nurses and other staff to the doctors and surgeons, were courteous, friendly, efficient and helpful. My operation went like clockwork and I’d have no hesitation about going back for any other operation. I can’t praise them enough.
