I needed to acquire some ribbon to collect the next day, happened to be in Shepton Mallet for another C&C and stumbled upon The Hive's website the night before. The website was really easy to use, but what was better was the service received after my order was placed. I placed my order at roughly 22:00 and was contacted by Mike before 09:00 the next morning who explained they were slightly short of the ribbon I needed - this wasn't an issue for me. I was refunded the difference immediately and was able to collect straight away. The collection process was incredibly simply and efficient. Highly recommend.

Very Covid aware and safe. Very nice range of food and drink and fantastic stock of haberdashery. Nothing you won't find here.
I met a friend in the high street and invited them fir a coffee...and a catch up ;) ...We close The Hive as it's always a welcoming place, great menu for breakfast, lunch and a brilliant assortment of cakes, biscuits etc. They have accommodated all the regulations required for Covid 19 ...so one feels comfortable and safe. On entering one waits to be seated at a table for service and all orders and payment are completed at your table. The staff are very nice, friendly, and work hard to keep everything to a high standard. Do visit ! This is also a material and haberdashery shop...gifts to buy etc.
Fabulous as always had coffee and bought some material and yarn . Make sure you continue to use during lockdown2 you can click and collect , excellent website . Thank you all
