I rang for a few quotes to understand how much I would looking at for a couple of jobs I needed doing on my car. I was rudely interrupted by the gentleman to say he would refuse to give me a quote as I 'had clearly already asked for quotes at other places' I recommend having a better telephone manner as you have lost yourself a customer.

I've been dealing with Upton Noble Garage for over 15 years and have nothing but praise for them. They are motor engineers, not just mechanics or fitters, so they have the in-depth knowledge to go further than just replacing a part. They can explain what is - and may be - happening on your vehicle, then put it right! Going there is always a treat and full of humour. They, of course, have the last laugh because they sent you the invoice, but their charges are some of the most reasonable that I have come across. They go the extra mile - quite literally! A week or two ago, my wife's car, driven by me, was struck from the rear. We were about 15 miles from Upton Noble. I called them and the proprietor came out immediately, put the car on a trailer, drove us home, then returned 18 miles to Upton Noble with the vehicle to carry out an assessment for the insurance company. They are five star plus!
