0/5 TERRIBLE SERVICE WITH A TRULY TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. As soon as i arrived at 5 pm on A thursday, i expressed that i was looking for new glasses with a prescription, the receptionist said the person who does the measurements without be there for a couple of days so i wouldnt be able to buy it today. Then what is the point of being open after othe rpeople work hours to not be able to sell anything and waste peoples time?? As a poor student, i didnt have a lot of money for lenses. But the receptionist clearly didnt care or have time to waste on me (even if the store was empty...) and tried to force me to go with the expensive kinds without bothering to check for different prices or discussing it, even after i told her i was a struggling student. She had nothiNG BUT attitude and no explanation with each answer to my questions. She also just let her daughter or family member roam around the store with her earphones in without even being more polite than her mother. This store needs a reality check becausE if they have a deal with a university for students, then maybe accomodate and try to emphasize with THESE students coming in with a lower budget instead of treating me like garbage with no help whatsoever. GO TO COSTCO, COST ME 1/3 OF THE PRICE WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

lunettes sont tombées au sol et ont cassées au centre. Ceci n’est pas normal après avoir payé 300 pour des lunettes. Je déconseille fortement. Allez chez un autre, les prix sont meilleurs.

J'ai eu un examen de la vue au Greiche and Scaff du Carrefour. C'était bien correct, professionnel et tout. Ça, je leur donnerais un 5/5. Mais quand j'ai demandé à avoir ma prescription, ça paraissait vraiment beaucoup dans la face de la dame que ça ne lui faisait pas plaisir de me la donner. Un sourire, c'est pas trop demandé je crois.

Lunettes et lentilles de très mauvaise qualité vs le prix payé! J'ai du refaire les traitements sur lentilles à deux reprises et changé trois fois des montures qui me cassaient dans les mains! Achat février 2017, 950 et je viens d'avoir des lunettes utilisable, novembre 2017. J'ai utilisé tout ce temps des lunettes de pharmacie! Prochaine fois ce sera chez Costco !!!
