My son signed up for Sheridan Fencing last summer after attending a birthday party here. He’s always been very athletic and open to trying new sports, but we quickly discovered his absolute love for fencing. He has a crazy, hectic schedule but Sheridan offers a convenient and flexible scheduling option for us. We love the class schedule and that the train and bus is nearby, so coming from school is very easy for us. My only regret is not signing him up sooner!!

I've never fenced before and on a whim just started off with a trial class which is an hour long group class with open fencing after, and I'm really glad I did. I had a lot of fun, had a good workout, and everyone was so welcoming! I've been looking for a new hobby/sport to do and this fits the bill as all the equipment is included with the classes and it's really affordable compared to other gyms. If you've been sitting on the fence about this one, it's time you start fencing!

Omg! So fun. I’ve been looking for a new activity to try. I decided to do a trial class with my boyfriend here after hearing great things about their club. I finished the class feeling super accomplished, and wanting more so I decided to sign up! After taking classes with them for about 8 months, I can definitely say I feel like a true Olympian. This place is awesome! The staff is super friendly, patient and informative. Did I mention this is a great way to get a workout in while learning a cool sport?!

I wanted to explore different activities for my son. I’ve enrolled him in “mommy and me” style classes where he essentially is always accompanied by me and is never really participating in an activity by himself. My friend recommended this school so I took her word for it and was not disappointed! The class really helps your young ones to branch out of that super shy stage. For 45 minutes, my son gets to explore his independence and transform into a mini sword fighter.

Sheridan Fencing Academy is an excellent club that provides the best instruction and fun for my child. The prices aren’t bad compared to other clubs. Their academy is within walking distance from our apartment and they are nearby the Q train so that helps anytime we are not nearby before class. Definitely consider signing up!
