Of course, any visit to the car dealership is going to take patience and time, but when you exit if you feel as good as I did then you know the dealership did you right. I had the fortunate experience of everything gone right. The truck, the service, the efficiency, and the price was all a blessing in this scenario. I’d be more than confident to send others to Sheridan Motors for their next vehicle purchase or mechanic work. I experienced both and will say was very pleased with both scenarios. Was there experiences flawless? No. Did the dealership compensate and make the corrections necessary to improve the situation? Yes! Highly recommended - will definitely buy my next truck from them. Owner Brent Wolf made everything about the purchase personal. Gerry Florez went above and beyond - from A to Z. Jake Bublitz inspected the vehicle as though his own mother, wife, or daughter would be driving the truck daily - keeping me apprised of all activities and repairs. Unquestionably the absolute best experience I’ve ever experienced buying vehicle. They made me a life long customer - service, parts, new vehicles - cup of coffee to shoot the bull. We worked with Benton initially and then Valery Green for sales. They both made us feel very comfortable. Didn't try to rush us or push us at all. We looked at various options and then ran the numbers for each option we talked about. Again no pressure. We did trade in a vehicle and i would have hoped for a little more value but end of day it was fair. When we decided on a vehicle we were allowed to take it overnight. We were shown every aspect of operations and they also filled up the tank which was a nice touch. I would give them an A rating all around. I would definately buy here again.
