I have been a customer for 3 years. The reason I chose Sherlake is because their promise is the facility is under 24 hour surveillance and they guarantee Full Security. I’ve recently had equipment stolen from my unit. I’ve been requesting a copy of the footage for a 6 minute window for 8 days. Today I was told the cameras hadn’t worked in 2-3 weeks so they cannot supply footage showing who stole my equipment. When I asked what they were going to do to make this right since they advertise the property is always under surveillance, I have as told I was just out of luck. This storage company failed to keep their equipment up to date and running and it has cost me nearly 2000. Do not put your belongings here if you want to keep them secure. I’ve asked for the owner or manager to call me multiple times and I’ve not received a single call back. I will do all I can to make this public knowledge!
