Now I know that Leak Detection is a specialty. Plumbing companies usually do not perform the service and they use specialist like Sherlock Leak Detectives. I called after we tried to confirm the location but only Sherlock were able to find the leak underground with their sophisticated ultrasound and thermal imaging equipment. Good service easy to reach and schedule highly recommended.

Never have I experienced such an unprofessional company in all my experience. These guys came out and were supposed to detect a water leak in our kitchen. They spent 30 min and charged 300 dollars to mark every pipe incorrectly. They marked the hot water line as a cold water line and where they said the leak was completely incorrect. After tearing up the floors and breaking the foundation the plumber found that the leak was in a different area that they didn't even mark as having a pipe in and going in a completely different direction. They had to widen the whole remove more of the floor and break more of the foundation to access the pipe. Not only did Sherlock leak detectors not detect the leak properly. When I called the owner to explain what happened and understandably get my money back since they failed completely. He was condescending and said that it's not their fault they couldn't find the pipe, that they were close enough in discovering it and didn't even care that his company messed up a job and cost us thousands extra because we had to re-dig. I will be bringing this company up with the better business bureaus. I highly recommended everybody stay away from this company. It's sad to see that a company that supposedly has good reviews won't stand behind their job and correct their mistakes.
Ron and Amid are awesome! My third time using them for a leak detection on my properties and their response time is outstanding. They were able to work around my schedule and came to my rescue as I had a full team waiting to know where the leak was so we can start the excavation. Mysterious leak that not my Gardner or my plumber could locate was found by Sherlock. They had high tech equipment that helped identify the location of the Break in the pipe which was actually under a concrete slab in the backyard. Very happy with the service able to come out same day I called.
These guys were great - found the leak in no time, and left me feeling more educated about the how to maintain my home's plumbing systems than I've felt before. I was left with a clear idea of what to fix and how to go about it - and all at a much cheaper rate than other plumbers and leak detecting businesses quoted me over the phone. If I ever have a mystery leak again I know exactly who I will be calling - thanks!
