READ THE REVIEWS - THEY ARE CORRECT. Horrible company who SPAMMED me with numerous emails - and unsubscribe does not work. Unprofessional and disrespectful - AVOID AT ALL COST

Failed to follow up with me, instead I would have to reapply and send them more money, not that I haven't already given them quite a sum already. I would look for a company that would spend a little more time following up and not letting things slip by, thus costing you more money.

My trademark application was filed by another company and denied. Sherman IP sent an email offering to review my case. I was grateful they were honest in explaining that an appeal would probably not be successful and recommended I go a different route. Instead of taking my money, they gave good advice that didn't cost anything. Thanks.

I was having trouble getting my trademark. I took them up on the solicitation and they got it through at a very good price. I will use them again -Best Popcorn Company - Kevin

They sent me an email saying (in the title) that my trademark was refused. Nice scare tactic. If this is how you have to do business, my opinion is that your not too good. This form of scaring people by email fishing, is just below telemarketers selling you pills from India. I know your generic response, & you'll tell me how I can unsubscribe. Thanks for instructing me on how the internet & emails work, not too condescending. I will also report this to the attorney general in NY & California, as I fell this is an unfair (disgusting) business practice.
