One of the worst experiences buying a car that I have ever had was at Center Acura. I was referred to this dealership through the Costco Auto Program, which is supposed to provide you with better service and price. I was initially told that the Costco program would give me 250 off of the lowest listed price. After I asked for the Costco member price sheet which Costco makes clear the dealership needs to provide I was lied to and told that the Costco Auto Program pricing is only for new cars not certified pre-owned vehicles - this is in fact not true. Eventually after some pressing from me and not relenting on asking for the member price sheet the manager (who I know was aware that I was there and was fine with the other members on his team trying their nickel and dime tactics on me) finally came out of his office to help and apologized for the misinformation that was given to me and told me that his sales members did not know the proper information to give me an accurate quote - then why were they quoting me any Costco pricing if they didn’t know?? In the end, I got the price that I supposed to get through the Costco Auto Program, which is 500 off of the lowest listed price. To cap everything off, I’ve been trying to get in touch with the finance department for the past week to cancel the vehicle service contract that I reluctantly purchased. I’ve called five times and left a voicemail and never get a call back. Ive asked for the finance managers email so I can email him and they won’t give that to me. To close, NEVER do business with Center Acura - they are the epitome of a slimy car dealership with the slimy sales people to go along with it.

I have owned Acuras for over 20 years, on both coasts. Always used Acura Service. Took my car in on Saturday, after the fires, to clean out the air system of smoke and ash. The car is old, but has no significant problems, and the interior was fine, but for the soot and smoke. They did the job, and gave me back the car with a new huge hole and tear in the front passenger seat. They said nothing about it, until I walked back into the office. There were no pieces of the leather on the seat or floor of the car. The seat was not \brittle\ or stiff when I brought it in. The repair agent took pictures with his phone and started remarking about how brittle the leather was, but saying the manager would call on Monday. I called after 3pm on Monday, and was finally told someone would get back to me. Just before 5pm, I got a call (not from the manager) stating that they were \declining responsibility\ because \the seat was brittle\, and trying to get me to agree. They hoped I would just \go away\ when they didn't call back. Then they just blamed us for the damage. It was fine when I brought it in. Then, there is none of the missing leather (thus clear that they cleaned up AFTER the damage was done), and then hoped I'd drive off without noticing the damage. Finally, they just refused to do anything about it, blaming us. I've been their customer at least half a decade. I am considering getting another car very soon. Acura HAD been on my list for consideration. I will never again go to these people for anything. I will likely never get another Acura, but if I ever change my mind, I won't be getting it at Center Acura.
Was working alongside John, who works in the BMW dealer. When it was time to close on the deal, Gabby “helped” my parents and I out. Since the moment she greeted us, she had an off vibe my mom and I instantly caught onto. Sure enough, when we sat down to discuss numbers, things were off to say the least and not what another sales rep had discussed with us. Instead of being nice about it, she made frequent offensive laughs, and we could tell she was getting annoyed, mad, etc. She had a constant nasty attitude towards us and my whole family and I felt like she didn’t even try to be nice let alone work with us. Although I really wanted the car, I just DID NOT WANT TO WORK WITH HER, so we found someone else who was the complete opposite (Ali) to finish the job. That’s how bad her attitude was. The way she spoke to my father was insulting because as she tried to explain things, she started to speak slower as if he couldn’t comprehend what she was saying. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. 100% do not recommend.
Worst customer service. The person who answered the phone is very rude. Their prices are very expensive. The say one thing and then change to the opposite. I never go to this place again. If you go there buy a bottle of LUBE to not feel the pain.
Service always takes too long! A1 maintenance service takes like 3 hours even when you have an appointment. I don't even know what the point of appointment is here. Waiting room is nice, with laptop desk area, lounge, some snacks and TV. But the receptionist lady in the lounge is not so welcoming and not friendly. She is annoying in person and not polite on the phone. They need a better person there!
