Customer service is excellent, That's about as good as I can put it. For such a big warehouse you'd think they would have stocked basic supplies that I cant buy at Walmart or Canadian tire. Been there at least 4 times and 4 times i either have to order it in from another store or im directed to another store. May as well just use the other stores

Could eventually order what I needed. Manager may want to put a battery in their digital caliper and show parts counter staff how to use it. A tape measure for the parts counter might help too.
My issue is their prices. If you're a walk in, the prices are ridiculous.
This store never has anything in stock.
