I’ve never been to Bone and Biscuit before but a friend recommended it. I stopped by at almost 4:30pm today & Shaun who was vacuuming had stopped immediately to let me in and welcomed me, I found out later on Google that they would be closing at 5pm, I’m super impressed that I was really made to feel welcomed even though I had interrupted their cleaning (in my opinion \u200d️) I had popped in to see if they had cupcakes for cats.. odd I know. Anyway, Shaun was quick to assist me, although they didn’t have what I was looking for, he suggested something that the cats may like but felt no pressure to buy! Shaun was extremely knowledgeable and so very friendly, he also had a co-worker, Nicoleleah who was busy cleaning but also stopped to chat with me and made me feel welcomed. I’ll definitely be a returning customer :)

Fantastic place! I love this store. It had a wide variety of choices of products and other products but a bit expensive. The store is nice and tidy. Staff was very knowledgeable and passionate. I enjoy shopping at this store. Excellent experience.
Why ask if you have reward points and then choose not to ask if you want to sign up to receive points?? Seems like the points idea is not something they want you to have.

The only place we go for our doggo! Their kind and knowledgeable staff answered all of our questions and helped us make the switch to raw food for our puppy. They have a great selection of quality products. Always happy to support locally owned and operated businesses in the Park!
