The ladies that did our initial cleaning were awesome and put me at ease in knowing what was being cleaned and when. They were very accommodating with specific requests and understood some conditions I had made regarding my pets being kept separate for the majority of the cleaning. They were friendly and seemed very trust worthy and did a fantastic job with cleaning my apartment. All of the cleaners that have come to my home have been punctual and personable. Everyone they have done a great job. I was especially happy with this last clean as Brooklyn was so efficient and quick. My house was so clean and she worked so quickly. I would have her come back to clean anytime!
Prompt responses. The ladies showed up on time and brought all their own equipment. When they had finished they called to ensure they had completed everything or if there was anything else they could do. Will definitely be using this service again. Thanks Brooklyn and Carolina!
Cleaning Pros were awesome. The cleaning itself was great, but the team went above and beyond with their communication and customer service. There was an issue in my home when the cleaners arrived and they called me right away and kept texting updates. Eventually we had to cancel the clean and they were so incredible with rescheduling and so understanding. Honestly the service here is worth every penny.
The cleaners that came to our house did a FANTASTIC job. They were on time, and fully prepared to get the job done. They were professional, worked very effectively and efficiently. The house was left spotless and sparkling! THANKS!!
