Dr.Lamothe was very professional, very happy and helpful. Explained everything in terms that were understandable, but helpful. The dental hygienist was very informative, helpful and explained everything I would need to do to keep my teeth healthy. I couldn't have had a better experience and will recommend everyone to come here. This office is also very covid conscious and takes great precautions to make sure no one is exposed to an opportunity of potential exposure. They also take every precaution to make sure that all their employees are protected. Didn't have any complaints as from the front staff when I showed up to back staff and leaving. Everyone was happy and very professional but also personal and remembered who you were. As a client you're not a number or appointment. You are a name and person. Great location, great experience, will forever recommend. Couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you all from Family Dental Sherwood Park!

Dr. Lamothe has been great so far and has done an excellent job transitioning from Dr. Van Wieren. Dr. Lamothe and her staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable. I have seen some great improvements with appointment scheduling, reminders and follow ups. The staff seem to be up to speed and practicing/utilizing current technology, instruments and process. I especially love the reception ladies, they are always a pleasure to deal with and are very helpful with sorting out or addressing any benefit claims. Overall the practice is very clean, organized and appears to be well run.

Had a great experience yesterday here. It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to go to a dentist and the staff, hygienist, and dentist were all super friendly and supportive the whole way through. I was also pretty worried with COVID being so prevalent but they had great infection control protocols in place and it helped to ease my mind a lot. I would recommend this place to anyone!
