Customer Service as it should be - \excellent\. I give 5 stars to Sherwood Park Fabricland. Very pleasant and courteous, professional and extremely helpful. I found material I loved at Londonderry Fabricland but there was not enough or my project. The following day I went to Sherwood Park Fabricland and staff went above and beyond to help me. Madison called 4 other stores for me with no luck. Madison explained the situation to Theresa who was working out of the office, Theresa was busy in the office but took the time to help find the material that was perfect for my project. It could be ordered and I will have the perfect material for my project.

I found a remnant that was just the right size at 75% off. So for 5.00 I can re-cover the seat of my daughter's Esthetician chair.
Almost everytime I go here I am disappointed with the customer service. The clerks are very abrupt and seem like they don't want to serve you. They almost snarl at your you to tell you where to stand. They ignore you as much as possible. Overall I feel like they don't want be there and they wish you weren't. They never offer to help, and treat you like you shouldn't be getting a sale price. Which brings me to another aspect of the store in that the fabric prices are ridiculously over priced so that you have no choice but to buy a membership. I wish there was another way to buy fabric. One exception to all this was a girl named Natalie. She was very sweet.
This one so nicest, clean and very organized fabric place. I love going there. My favorite place to shop The fabricland on gateway after 51 ave, that place is gross and unorganized.
I really don't understand why some people are just heartless, I was just fee minutes ago at fabricland and i ask tge cashier lady if I can use the washroom because I have and emergency, counting I am pregnant but the just said no for 5 timrs. Really terrible.times, even i explained
