Great ownership, amazing staff who love all the dogs so much. Love the outdoor grass area for the dogs, so they don’t get confused at home as to where to go to the washroom. Brought my puppy there and felt totally at ease knowing that they have the ability to separate dogs based on size or energy level. As my dog has grown now he is able to play with the bigger dogs! The grooming facilities as well as the groomers are absolutely top notch!!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!

My two dogs have been going to Ruff Spot twice a week for almost 2 years now. They absolutely love it there. The staff are very friendly and are amazing with the dogs. I love that they take pictures throughout the day so we can see how much fun they are having. I would recommend this place to all.
Peanut loves going to daycare at Ruff Spot. We know she is safe and in good hands when we are at work. We always get amazing pictures throughout the day. Whenever peanut has had an allergic reaction or been under the weather they have always call us immediately. We try and take peanut at least 3 times a week but lately 5 times a week and the odd weekend Saturday.
We have taken my dog to the Ruff Spot since he was a pup, and get him groomed here as well. The staff have always been nice and welcoming. The grooming is excellent, my dog is happy, nothing to complain about.
Our dog has been going to Ruff Spot for about 4 years now. The amazing staff really take care of your dog. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend bringing your dog here.
Everyone here is great! The daycare, grooming and we even did obedience classes. Kind, caring and so supportive of this community. Thanks to you all..
If I could select zero stars, I would've. Our dog Mika is a mini husky, very high energy and can be a handful but the most friendly and kind hearted dog ever. We took her too this daycare and they said she was hard to control and tries jumping the walls to play with other dogs so we would need to sign a health waiver in order for her to stay in daycare. This should have been a red flag to us but we signed it anyway cause they seemed like nice people. The following few times she came home from the daycare she was limping, in pain and would just lay down for at least a day or two. The vet said it was a repetitive injury most likely caused by holding her on the treadmill. She had torn pads on her paws that required a procedure at the vet to fix and now needs a cone and pain medication until her paws heal. For anyone who reads this, never sign a waiver that gives them permission to hurt your dog. It was a mistake by us to let this happen. And the person or people who did this to our sweet little dog should be ashamed.
Our dogs Mario (10 year old Yorkie)and Lucy (2 year old Shi Tzu) have been going to Ruffspot for about 2 years and they absolutely love it. The staff are true dog lovers and treat our dogs like their own. Mario and Lucy have made friends with other dogs and have a wonderful day when they go there. If you are looking for a safe caring place to bring your dog I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ruffspot!!
