The parking lot is tight by the store. The gas pumps can be a pain to get to because of how it is set up. This location is more for the locals that live near it. When it is super busy because of the Tim Hortons, it can be impossible to get to the pump you need. It is off the beaten path and is not very convenient if you are towing a camper behind you.
