Darrell was very professional and informative. His team showed up on time and ready to go. I love that they don’t have the giant hose from the truck coming into the house. It was a cold day and we did not have to suffer with the door wide open, like other companies we have used in the past. It’s the first time I have seen the portable system and it was great!! Jeff and Mo were fantastic and did an excellent job! They showed us before and after pictures of many of the vents in our home. We are extremely happy with the results!! We will be using Strathcona Elite Furnace Cleaning from now on!

It's not often that you find a company that beats their competition both on price and customer service. Our ducts needed to be cleaned to remove drywall dust after a renovation, and Strathcona Elite did a fanastic job making them look like new. Their technique of brushing, blowing out, and vacuuming the duct work is much more thorough than what I have seen from other cleaning companies. Their staff was very courteous and took great care with moving furniture and equipment to avoid any damage to our home. They will be our go-to place for furnace cleaning in the future.
It's hard to know these days if you can trust reviews. Could be fake. Could be real. I'm truly glad I chose to consider Strathcona Elite's truthful, because the great reviews were in fact honest. My first experience having my dryer vent cleaned. Rob and Ot were prompt, professional and diligent at making sure my ducts were clean. Because of my vent set-up, a combination of forward and reverse air pressure had to be performed. This meant lots of running back and forth from inside basement vent, to outside vent. And when it started raining, they made sure to towel off the hose before bringing it back into my house. Very considerate. It took them a little longer than normal because of the complications, but they stuck to the process until we all were satisfied the vent was clean of lint. They cleaned up the lint afterwards too, despite it being soaked from the rain. LOL And Elite's fees are very reasonable. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.

Absolutely the best experience ever. Professional and personable. It was our pleasure to have them in our home. Their flat rate pricing is beyond fair. When I explained to my husband that they would bring a vacuum (the mother of all vacuums) into the house, not just hoses from the truck he was concerned about the venting being in the house. After they set up and explained their process he to thought we found the gem of furnace cleaners. We are both impressed with the entire experience and we definitely recommend them for your castle.
