A nice gym to lift at. The owner is super nice, and looks like he is in great shape for his age. This gym is geared toward weights. With only 2 treadmills and a bike. There is also a small area to do stretches, planks ect. There is also a Men’s, and a Women’s changing room. The shower is dirty, but there is one. The saunas don’t work anymore. The cost to join was a 6000 membership cost, and 5000 per month. It was never busy, but I hear it can be when the local baseball team comes.
