My personal favorite in Tokyo so far. Love the combination of noodles with great texture, the spicy but super tasty soup together with the piece of fried meat on top. Also, great atmosphere. Can only recommend !

I got their most standard rec. Rare flavor to find in Japan; The pork is extremely well seasoned. I even managed to finish drinking the soup because it was just so good. They don't have the small dishes that normal places have (like gyoza), but probably for the better - it just shows how specialized they are with their noodles. Also very accommodating. I haven't been able to eat food thats too spicy, but they were able to make it not as spicy for me. The new location seating design was also very comfortable. The height of the chair to the table was just at the right height so that the noodle soup won't splash around as much when you eat.
It is the best Tantan noodle in TOKYO Shibuya. BEST!

渋谷、桜ヶ丘地区の再開発に伴い2018年に閉店した「亜寿加」の流れを組むお店。以前のお店めっちゃ通っていました。 メニューはほぼ同じ。味も微妙なニュアンスはあるかもですが、ほぼそのままだと思います。 こちらの担々麺はここ数年で増えた担々麺専門店の味とはちょっと違っています。汁ありはそこまで胡麻感が強くなく、痺れ感とかもそれほどないサラッとしたタイプ。台湾ラーメンとかに近い印象。 私の大好物は「排骨冷やし担々麺」これも独特なタイプで冷やし中華ベースにピリッとした独特な肉味噌にきゅうりが絶妙なハーモニーなのです。排骨のサクッとした感触もよい感じです。冷やしですが年中ある看板メニュの一つで99％これを頼んでしまいます。

排骨担々麺が名物。渋谷再開発前に246沿いの歩道橋下にあった亜寿加の流れを汲むラーメン屋さんです。ライスサービスと高菜もしっかり受け継がれてます。桜丘の坂を上がって細い道を左に曲がって左手にあります。右手には中華ソバ櫻坂があり、全く系統の違うラーメン屋さんが向かい合っているので、いつもどちらにするか悩みます。担々麺と言っても、ガラスープはサッパリしており排骨(パイクー)ともよく合って、個人的にはスープを飲み干しちゃうことも多いです。辛味好きでコク好きなので、いつも辛口のゴマ多めでオーダーしています。
