Ive always got the best treatment and care that i needed. Staff are friendly and efficient. No complaints.
Absolutely horrendous service. They get you to sign up to a sms reminder for appointment that either messages you 14 times a day or not at all and when you miss an appointment because you haven't been reminded by there service which they told you to sign up for you then need to wait for at least a week l for a new appointment and more then Likely with a different doctor so if I wanted to rebook with the same doctor my.own doctor I'd have to wait 3 weeks. Fuming been going on for 2 years now and getting no where all you get is we're sorry the reminder didn't work, biggest joke in shildon! Will be going elsewhere
