Having read other reviews when I personally visited the place I felt that they have spoken mind. There is indeed partiality towards customers. Food quality is average and had to wait for a hour to get a simple starter. Poor professionalism these people should visit bars in other cities and see what professionalism they have. Only advantage this place is having is that there is no other such place in the city.

This place is best for hanging out with friends.... Although the price of the snacks are a little high compared with the quantity however they have a wide variety of snacks which are soo good along with the drinks... The only disadvantage is that they don't have a main couse menu... Otherwise the vibe, the service, the ambience is great One of the must visit places in shillong!

I was wanting to visit this place for a very long time, its kind of ok.. not that grand. The ambience is calm and the interior is also good. But the food is not up to the mark i must say. In the name of malai chicken i got some dry and small cubes of chckn which was really cold . Its not a wow place but yeah its ok to visit once

Service is really bad. Chicken tikka was literally burnt. There are better places in the city to spend your hard earned money, this place isn't it.

I have had a very bitter experience with this place. no doubt the ambience is good but they have very Bad customer service, dirty tables, extremely low response time and bad behaviour of the staff... to share an incident, I had visited the place and was really not happy with the quality of food served and shared the feedback with the manager behind the bar counter... to which when I had to pay the bill, they refused my card saying the machine is not compatible and forced me to withdraw... the manager and there was some other kid behind the counter and we're super arrogant. I personally would never recomend this place to anyone I know or planning to Visit Shillong. No Stars for Glasshouse.
