My mother was placed in the Covid unit for 10 days. She received excellent care and the staff could have not been any nicer!! The activity director, Joey, went over and beyond to check on my mom daily, and allowed her to use her personal cell phone to call me several times throughout the stay. The only thing that would have made things better is if those rooms could have phones!! My mom seemed very happy there and said everyone was so nice! I am grateful to the staff and especially to Joey!!

My father has been in 4 different Nursing Care facilities since December 2019 due to a stroke crippling him with paralysis, Shiloh Springs being the 4th. My father has received the BEST care since his stroke at Shiloh. Prior to Shiloh I would call the other facilities to get information and status reports to NO AVAIL, it has been totally the opposite at Shiloh. A particular young lady named Cierra Turner, has made certain that at least once a week I have a video call with my dad, which means a lot since I live in Arizona. The management team has also been very helpful, in helping me to plan for the BEST care for my father. I TRULY appreciate the management, and Staff at Shiloh Springs Care Center!!!

i have laughed more during my stay than i have in a long time. i truly believe laughter is the best medicine. the staff is fun and friendly and the admissions gal is always cutting up with me:) i am enjoying my stay while i am preparing for a safe return home. thank you shiloh team!

If you want to put your loved one in a place where you never receive any communication about how they are doing or have difficulty getting a hold of your loved one to speak to them, this is the place to go. I made NUMEROUS attempts to talk to nurses, a doctor, and the Director. I would be transferred to nurses station, and the phone would just ring or someone would pick up and just hang up on me. The receptionist would take my name and number and tell me a nurse would call me back, and no one ever did. I left voicemail messages for the Director of Nursing, and she never once bothered to call me back either. It was impossible to ever talk to my loved one when I would try to call. The phone would ring until an automated message would come on saying voicemail box is not setup. This was so frustrating and especially even more so with Covid going on, and you aren't even allowed to visit to be able to check on your loved one to make sure they are ok. Horrible experience with this place, and I would not recommend at all. I'm glad my loved one is out of there.

Shiloh Springs team was great to me. the food is terrific and the therapy team is outstanding. the social worker made sure i am ready to discharge home tomorrow! thank you shiloh springs for making sure i met all of my goals to go home safely
