Coya Cottage

We stayed at Coya cottage back in August and had a wonderful time. The cottage itself was incredibly well equipped (they even had excellent ground coffee in the room) and was beautifully decorated; there was nothing missing; you could cook your own dinners no problem although we preferred to eat out; we were there during peak season but there weren't many food options around if you don't drive; so we ended up eating a lot of burgers/sandwiches/pizza; the best food we had actually was at their cafe (unfortunately it only opened on the day we left); the beach within walking distance was very good with soft sand and not too busy; the nature all around really made us feel relaxed; In the cottage itself, there are three rooms: a kitchen dinning room with a big table and six chairs; a big tatami room and a small tatami room (bathroom and toilets are separated); only the main tatami room had the aircon so we all slept in that room; the only improvement I could see would be the addition of a small sofa (or two small armchairs to relax in the evening. It would also have been good if the cafe was opened during our stay there. But all in all, we had a fabulous three nights stay but I wish we had stayed a full week!
