9h as it is. The best choice for travellers. All you need for a night - clean bed, good shower and relaxing atmosphere. That is 9h. Temperature in capsules is excellent, capsules are clean and comfy. The building itself is quite and warm... You should definitely try 9h. Though I would recommend to avoid Shinjuku City. City is a hell garbage.

Worth every penny! This hotel is very unique, as it allows you to have a space of your own. The shower and common areas are very clean and well-maintained. They also have the advanced toilet, and the RFID lockers! This is a place to try in Tokyo, Japan!
Doing a second review because Google is being weird. Enjoyed my experience here. It was convenient, clean, very organized and need I say--clean. People were respectful, it was peaceful.. And staff was very accommodating particularly storage after checkout and guidance around the area.
If you want tro try out a capsule hotel in Tokyo, I would definitely recommend this one. The capsules are spacy, clean and quiet and all of the services (toilet, bathrooms, lockers, shared area) were all amazing. You will receive pyjamas, a toiletbrush and towels to make your stay even better. It's a small walk to the bars and restaurants in Shin-Okubo, a Family mart and Lawson's are closeby if you're hungry and Shin-Okubo station is a short walk away.
I have stayed here three times through my travels to Tokyo and is everything and more a solo traveler would need. I find, I don't care much about the sleeping quarters but I do enjoy a nice shower after your long flight. The nine hour hotel is so accommodating and the shower and bathrooms are great! Tip go explore Tokyo, grab a few drinks when you go out and eat and come back you will not hear any snoring at all! Also, being very affordable and the location is perfect!
Very modern and clean capsule hotel. If you want to try sleeping in a capsule hotel, 9 Hours is your best choice. If you are a light sleeper, you might not have quality sleep due to movement and noises outside of your capsule. The only complain I have is the locker area is too small to open your luggage. I wish there is an open area for you to open your luggage at the locker level.
I only stayed here one night in June 2019, just to experience what it's like to stay in a capsule hotel. The facilities are super clean, and they provide a set of slippers and pajamas for you (and I believe a towel) for your stay. The capsules were actually extremely roomy, and the sleeping area was quiet and dim. I had no trouble sleeping. I didn't actually get the chance to take a shower there, but the showers looked really nice. The view is also nice as the hotel is on a high floor in the building. They also provided a free breakfast coupon upon checkout for a nearby restaurant which was really good!
I really enjoyed my stay here. I would highly recommend it to others, but would make sure they understand this is a communal space, the sleeping area is just big enough for yourself and a few small items. The beds are similar to sleeping in a tatami room with a futon. This means the bed would be considered quite firm by western standards. Also, if you stay more than one night, you still must check out and back in again. For me, these things weren't an issue and I really enjoyed my stay. It was quiet, cozy and comfortable for me.
