A small but very cozy place, specializing in pork hamburgs. Ordered pancetta bacon hamburg, with yuzu sauce and bread. Hamburg was cooked to perfection wrapped in pancetta and resting on a bed of red lentils. Great experience, can't recommend enough. On weekends better to make a reservation, as the place is very popular. One small thing though - payments can be only in cash.
This place serves pork japanese style hamburger (the ones without buns). I was extremely resistant on going here because pork has a certain smell and fattiness. I was wrong. There is always a long queue during lunch on weekends and it’s a full house at night. Make sure to make a reservation for dinner to save time. The service is excellent. It’s a bit pricey but worth it. Please note that you can order a course meal or a la carte. I ordered pancetta cheese hamburger and a side of rice. You can choose a sauce from three. They recommend the demiglace. Please note there are absolutely no vegetables on the plate!
We waited 40 mins, I ordered 170g of the black pepper Hamburg with demiglace sauce and it was delicious! Remember try the dessert too! Chocolate cake with milk ice-cream was tasty! Definitely will come back again!
