took all i had to walk through the door, but the people here are really friendly so i don't feel at all intimidated. They also listened to what i wanted to achieve from attending the gym from a health point, this has been the best thing i have done. Arthritis pain...gone.... fatigue.... gone and that's after only 2 weeks!! highly recommend it here

Knowledgeable staff will make sure you succeed. Has a youth membership from 13 years so my son and I can go together. Would recommend 100%
First class induction, staff listen to your wants and needs, great explanation, demonstration and instruction, fantastic all round workout and great facility, highly recommend.
Very friendly club and great teachers. My son has really grown in confidence. His little sister can't wait to be old enough to start.
Great gym with a friendly atmosphere there are experienced staff on hand should you need them or if, like myself a little inexperienced and make a few mistakes along the way. Kenny is always there to point you in the right direction.
This is a small but fully equipped gymnasium. Kenny and Barry are excellent and, by getting to know you and understand your goals, are able to offer a personal service which you don’t receive in larger budget gyms. The gym has a real family feel to it and even my young son, despite being nervous at first, is happy to go along on his own and train. Training programmes and advice are all offered as part of your fees and couple / family membership discounts are available.
An absolutely amazing gym, highly recommend. Owned and managed by people that care about your aims and fitness goals. Unlike gyms where you are left to your own devices constantly the team here keep a keen eye on your routines, to ensure you are getting maximum benefit while staying safe. Lots of machines, free weights and an upstairs circuit area - this gym caters for all your fitness needs.
This is a great family friendly gym. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable and have helped me out with my degree. There is always a warm and friendly atmosphere in the gym and is very reasonably priced.
