Bought the 15 valentine's meal deal for 2..excellent value the lamb was succulent well done to asda buying staff all was well sourced including wine..would have been a 5 star but you cannot be held accountable for my partners cooking..

Not too bad got what we wanted
Don't go shopping there before 8am, they have one automated "trolley" till open, the rest are baskets only. Apparently the member of staff who covers this area, couldn't possibly be expected to open more than one "trolley" till, it would be much easier for everyone with a trolley to try and get there shopping onto a basket sized area next to the till, which means the staff member is constantly having to do something on the screen to allow the shopping to go through. Makes you wonder what fool is in charge there, that they cannot see the obvious answer to this. Go to Tesco on Canal Road, they have actual members of staff on the tills early on, and all of their unmanned "trolley" tills open as well.
Bad attitude from staff & security, they took vouchers from me, saying they don't use them & I shouldn't have them, I was tempted to ring the police, as Keighley asda gave me them as a sorry, for over charging me, so effectively, they were stealing from me, I rang & complained after being humiliated by security grabbing me, infront of lots of people, they said they'd get back to me, but no one ever did, I will never shop there again!
The security in the store is proper rude and tried to intimidate me at the store. When I spoke to the manager over the phone about him, she shouted at me for no reason defending the bully security guard and caused me to have a panic attack.
Disgusting attitude from the staff at the checkouts, David & Lesley repeatedly throw the shopping down the conveyor belt. Especially if you’re Asian. Disgusted. Both have been reported for this abusive behavior
Asda has a great selection of stock and very good prices
Good selection though layout has made finding items difficult
