Excellent customer service, great car and superb value. The car was exactly as described and runs beautifully. The HD video of the car and the information provided on the advert and via the phone was extremely helpful. The delivery service was spot on; delivered to my convenience, a full demonstration, test drive and detailed overview of the entire car was provided. Since buying the car I have had a couple of queries which they have answered promptly and accurately. I am very happy with the buy and the company. I would definitely recommend and will be using them again on my next buy.

Absolutely amazing Service by Adam and Ray. From the moment I made contact, I was shown great customer service. I enquired about the car and was instantly replied to. I was then sent a HD walkaround video showing me the car in detail. I then placed a deposit as the car was described to me as written on the advert. The car was delivered the following day and drove perfectly.

I wish I could leave minus stars!!! Absolutely shocking service bought a car a week ago and the clutch and gearbox isn't working.. Car parked on my drive unable to move and zero communication from the owners... CATEGORICALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I recently purchased a car and within a week the gear box failed i was assured this would be sorted this is going back 5 weeks now. i have had to chase on all occasions never been called back i was told a part was found last week and i was told this would then be fitted as the car is currently at a garage i know and trust who told me of the fault. Saltaire Motor company have made no attempt to collect this or communicate this to me despite various phone calls and messages. I eventually had had enough so visited the site where i bough the car from only to see they have moved premises!! no forwarding address and also have removed all there car listings they had online. I have read various reviews on here saying Ray and Adam were excellent to deal with i strongly disagree with this after m,y experience. Rest assure i will take this further! people like this should not be allowed to operate....
A Iovely bunch of guys, who were very open, honest and realistic about the cars they buy & sell. You know where you stand and there are no nasty surprises. They delivered the car to my door (an eight hour round-trip for the driver!), beautifully valeted. Couldn't be happier. Hope to deal with them again.
