Great service today from this shop, they exceeded my expectations massively. Very impressed with both staff members I met today, the overall customer service, the range of stock and the procedures in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19, distancing, sanitisation etc etc. I realised today that these smaller businesses need our business more than ever right now and this company deserves that business more than most. Brilliant customer service from my initial email last night to leaving the shop this afternoon 100% satisfied I can't thank you enough. Oh and Grace thinks the shop is in her words \proper proper cool
This is a difficult one, as our previous experiences in this shop have been lovely, welcoming and pleasurable, and that is exactly why myself, my partner and family members have kept returning to buy Pandora products. sadly this time I left the shop upset. Yesterday was my birthday, and I left work early, excited to visit the shop and treat myself. my partner had bought a voucher from evans for me, and I had a fair amount of cash to spend too. I wanted to make the most of the 3 for 2 offer on Pandora products. I was told that I could not use the gift voucher against the offer. The lady was apologetic but stood firm and said this was pandoras policy not theirs ( bearing in mind the voucher was an evans one) I left the shop with nothing. I have since sought advice from 3 sources of the Pandora company, and so far had 2 conflicting answers, I have no clue where I stand on this. My feeling is that the cash is in your till, yet it cannot be spent how people wish to spend it! There was also another issue before this one, which is too long to explain. I respected and understood part of it and said fair enough, but the rest was confusing. My partner has stated he will never buy vouchers from you again, or any products. The voucher I had, I am giving away as I do not wish to visit your shop again. Generally I am an easy going person, and don't complain much at all, but I was genuinely upset yesterday and felt strongly enough to post this review. This is very regretful because like I said before, previous visits have been very positive and pleasurable.
Called today, great service pleasant helpful staff and excellent social distancing and covid protection.
