We’ve been getting chickens from these guys for a decade now...very satisfied.
Got 2 layers for my back yard. Healthy looking chickens. Clean area. Its very hard to find a place to sell just one or two chickens. Glad I found them! Nice people!
Driving on the highway today and passed one of the Pinola Poulty trucks. I was utterly flabbergasted by what I saw. The chickens were stuffed so tightly in overcrowded crates, I can’t begin to imagine the conditions they are kept in when not in transit. You cannot claim to have healthy, safe, ethical meats when you do not start straight from the source, raising your animals in such cruel and unethical environments. I will NEVER EVER bring business to the Pinola Poultry of Shippensburg, PA. Clean up your act and your crates!
I have ordered from Pinola for 13 years now. Friendly staff, available by appointment. Overall, chickens have been great that came from Pinola. I order meat chickens as well as layers and am very satisfied. I would recommend them to everyone.
