Called alpha to place an order, the guy at the desk puts me on hold, that was fine, I understand, then gets back on the phone and takes half of my order, then puts me back on hold, well that's ok again I'm saying and then he gets back on the phone and says I can't take the rest of your order because he has people lined up waiting, me as a personal professional contractor understand some delay but taking half your order and then getting back on the phone and telling me he can't finish my order. Bad business! This guy should be fired! What's more important a contractor that is spending thousands of dollars to your company or the guy in line with a 5 dollar purchase. Very disappointed in there customer service.
