Steak Miya is a pricey hambagu and steak restaurant. They have a house hambagu which is, as the name implies, made in-house. That hambagu is very good. The cheaper option is premade and you should never order it unless you've never eaten Japanese hamburger steak before. If you've never had hambagu before, go ahead and order the cheap one since you don't know what you're eating anyway. They also have steak, which are decent cuts at Japanese steak prices, around 3000y for a small western serving. They have a sauce bar with around six flavors ranging from marinara sauce to gravy to Japanese onion sauce for your meal. They also give options for salad bar and drink fountain. They separate their soup and rice bar from their salad bar because why the hell not you'll probably want both so they can charge you double. The food is good, the service is good, the salad and soup bar have decent selections. They are definitely overpriced though. Also, the meal comes with a small searing hot stone cooking thing to sear your meat on so if you're American, be careful, they don't do lawsuits for customer idiocy.

お子様プレート出てくるの早くて驚きました。店員さんがスープやドリンクもお子様の無料です！と説明してくれたので初めて行った店舗でしたが子どもにも気さくに話しかけてくれてとても好印象でした。コロナ対策もしっかりしてて安心して利用できました。また行きたいです。
昼間がお得で美味しく、たくさん食べられます！ オススメはサラダバーにボウルいっぱいのコーヒーゼリーです！ 3点セットのロースステーキとハンバーグは特製のたれで美味しいですがあとひとつは硬いですね？？
お肉、美味しかったです。ランチだとスープバーが付いてきました。店内のマスク規制、ビュッフェは手袋着用とコロナ対策はされています。ただ、ビュッフェのところで手袋をしていなかったり、マスクをしていないお客も居るので、安心のためにはテイクアウトや、ビュッフェを利用しないなどの自己対策は必要でしょうね。
バンキングテンダーと宮ロースのセットを頼みましたが、圧倒的に宮ロースの方が美味しかったです。 ステーキ提供時に必ず「宮ソースをおかけしても宜しいですか？」と聞かれますが、ソースバー(5種類)があるのでお断りした方が良いです。 (結局は宮ソースが1番美味しいのですが) サラダバーが空のまま暫く補充されないことが多々あったので改善を求めます。
店員さんのテキパキした対応と接客の笑顔がうれしい。コロナ対策もしっかりされてます。安心してランチを楽しめました。
どの店員さんも接客がとても丁寧。 社員教育が徹底されています。 居心地が良いです。
宮ロースを食べました‼️柔らかいのですが、ステーキとしてはイマイチ、やはりサーロインでないとダメかな⁉️
