Very bad experience. Inside the bus it smells really bad, seats are not clean, they don't clean bus at all and no space for luggage.

Wrostest bus ever I booked 14 seat from Shirdi to Ahmedabad on 9 June 2019 but one seat likege of water and I am not able seat on it.I want my refund of one seat other wise I file police case on Patel tours & travel

This travel company is very nice always. But this time on 22/9/18 I'm traveling from shirdi to Ahmedabad. Some guys who were traveling with us are so drunk that they are talking rubbish and with bad manners behaviors. That's why other people are annoyed and fearful. They even talked rudely with bus staff also. Please kindly secure us from these people Thanks
