Nice place to stay. They are still constructing some entry things and underground mess area. It's a 5 floor building with the rooms of different sizes. There is a paid breakfast and lunch, dinner are free. People with donor card get concession too. The place is neat and tidy. There is a small daily needs shop on the ground floor. In the center there is a Mata temple too. Location is also good.
Beautiful building and management is good. Best place in shirdi to stay. Lifts are helpful for old people and children. Parking place is sufficient. Private vechicles are available for rent to cover near by places.
The service is getting worst year by year... They need to know how to behave with the customers... We asked for extra bedsheets and were not provided... No hot water facility.. Its very difficult for old people.. I would definitely not recommend my friends and relatives to stay here... Needs lot of improvement

DO NOT book any room here to stay. Every room is full of bed bugs. We had booked four rooms and each one of it had the bugs in pillow, bedsheets and in mattresses. When complained about it manager himself told that all 240 rooms have the bed bugs and even if you exchange the room I cannot guarantee that it won’t have the bed bugs. When asked about canceling the booking and refunding the money, they denied it first. We had a call with their superior as well who was super rude in talking. But somehow we were able to get the refund from them and left the place. I won’t give even a single star for this place but have no other lower rating option. Again, please do not stay here if you care about yourself and the people with you.
Nice place to stay. Rooms are very neat and clean. Satram is very good.
