The entire crew is very professional and personable. The work they do shows they care. They patched drywall holes, the wiring was tied together and kept very neat and straight, the air conditioning unit was placed outside and everything there done professionally. I highly recommend them. I've used other heating/cooling companies in the past and by far Shirley is the best. I also had them install a new oil furnace a few years back and install new ducts & vents. If you are looking for an honest, professional business, then go with Shirley. Thank you!

We have dealt with alot of 'service' personnel and nobody compares to the team at Shirley Heating and Air. When our furnace died in the middle of winter, they were there and got us temporary heat until they could come back and complete the job. Everyone did a wonderful job, no corners were cut. Perry came to do our annual maintenance and was very professional and thorough. We would highly recommend Shirley.
