I would give 20 stars if possible! Dr Sato is the best and everyone at the clinic is so kind and pays attention to all the details. My mom’s implant which she put in overseas started to come loose so we called many dentist around but all said they cannot help if implant is not from their clinic. Finally we called total, the receptionist asked the doctor and said ok to come immediately. Dr Sato spent so much time looking for the right fit for my mom’s implant. Even tried different ways to temporarily fix it til he was able to bring in the right equipments. 1 week later we went back as he managed to bring in the right equipment and not my moms implant is fixed totally. I don’t usually write reviews but honestly, I’m blown away with the service and how much he cares. Other dentists said no even before seeing but Dr Sato took so much time thinking of ways to help. Really appreciative of his effort and highly highly recommend him.
