I have been coming here for a few years now to have my shoes repaired. I love their customer service and craftsmanship. They do a fantastic job adding the guard on the sole of shoes and replacing the rubber on the heel. I have taken shoes such as my Louboutin, Prada, YSL, Miu Miu, Chanel, and Valentino's there. Their rubber heel replacement lasts longer than the ones the shoes come with. Also, when ever I take any pair of boots they do an amazing job polishing them up like brand new. I HIGHLY recommend them. They have an awesome & friendly staff as well!

Returned to pick up my shoe repair project. They lost my shoes. “You come back”. They called when shoes found. Returned a week later. Shoes not repaired. They explained they didn’t know what was to be done. Why didn’t you call and ask? Got a blank stare. I took my shoes someplace else. Seemed to be a language barrier.

I had a zipper replaced in a jacket here. The woman I dealt with was very professional and kind enough to replace a zipper in the sleeve of my jacket at no additional cost as well as call me later to ensure I was satisfied with the work that had been done. It's very apparent that they take pride in the work they do and I would gladly travel the distance to their store twice over for the talented and quality service they performed the next time I need a repair.

Not only was the woman I dealt with incredibly unfriendly (not even a "Hello"!), I was appalled when my husband brought home my 'repaired' purse handle. I lost a pin out of the handle and couldn't find one to replace it. To my complete disgust, neither did they, AND they didn't have the professionalism to let me know!! They literally put in a cut off nail that any of us have at home in a toolbox! And, they left the end of it long and jagged so I now have to smooth it myself. The cost for this half-assed repair...20!! We will not be back.

I HAVE DEALT WITH THIS BUSINESS FOR 6 YEARS NOW. I HAVE NOT BOUGHT ALOT OF WHAT THEY SELL,WHICH IS ALL TOP OF THE LINE. WHAT I HAVE USED THEM FOR WAS SHOE REPAIR, FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. I HAVE BROUGHT IN AT LEAST 10-12 PAIRS IN THE YEARS THEY HAVE BEEN OPEN. I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT 5 STAR SERVICE AND A PRICE THAT CANNOT BE BEAT. THE OWNER LEARNED HIS TRADE WELL AS MY WIFE HADE A PAIR OF 200 ITALIAN LEATHER LOAFERS THAT THE DOG CHEWED ON,,,,,WHEN REPAIRED THE OWNER FOUND A PC. OF LEATHER TO MATCH WITHIN 95%. WOW IT WAS GREAT. THIS ORDER WAS INCLUDED IN A BATCH OF 5 PAIRS OF WOMENS SHOES I BROUGHT IN, HEALS, SOLES, LEATHER REPAIR, THE WHOLE SHABANG,,,,,,PRICE WAS GREAT AND QUALITY WAS BEYOND WHAT I HAD EXPECTED. I DON'T WRITE REVIEWS , JUST BECAUSE I HAVE SPARE TIME. BUT WHEN YOU FIND A CRAFTSMAN LIKE THIS GUY YOU KNOW HE IS GOOD. TO REPLY TO ALL OTHERS ,YES THEY HAVE TAKEN ON SELLING OTHER ITEMS IN STORE, THEY ARE BUSY, THIS IS NOT THE MALL. WHERE SALEMAN STAND AROUND. THIS IS A HUSBAND AND WIFE RUNNING STORE.
