I had a tech come out to my house to take a look at my American Standard furnace. He told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with it and that it was my Nest thermostat. WRONG! I have zone heating. The board that controls all that which is between my furnace and thermostat was shot. The relays went bad for both zones. This guy Seth never tested the boards. He just told me to run a jumper wire from the red wire to the white and the furnace will fire up which it did but then I needed to control it by flipping the switch on the side of the furnace so it was either on or off. A friend of my family who is an electrician and retire HVAC then was free and came over and it took him less than 5min to solve my problem. This company RIPS YOU OFF! Do not use. 130 for him to come out and do nothing. They take your money and know the bare minimum of how this stuff works.

Seth came and diagnosed my problem immediately and was very helpful. He even came back the very next day to remove my old furnace and get me all replaced with a brand new one so we didn't have to wait in a cold house! Great service I would recommend to anyone in need of HVAC work!
Pretty good, I thought my furnace crapped out and was going to cost an arm and a leg turns out it just needed a good cleaning and a part replaced so the price was pretty fair.
Our AC unit broke on us one Saturday we called a bunch of places but they wanted to charge an arm and leg just to come out due to it being the weekend. I found Seth online called him and he was out within an hour. He told us we needed to replace our entire unit. The pricing was amazing, the cheapest I’ve ever seen and his work ethic was great. He cane out Tuesday morning and replaced it within a couple hours. He was very professional, great at what he does and again his pricing was amazing. So worth it!
