Shop Floor Theatre is Awesome! It was a pleasure to welcome them to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Flint. This program allows participants to not only have fun but explore their gifts through dance, acting and other creative expressions. They are hands on, offer a great supportive cast, their projects are socially conscious and most importantly the kids enjoyed themselves tremendously. I'm really thankful that we had an opportunity to work with the Shop Floor Theatre Company, this is a relationship that we hope to continue for years to come. They are a first class company that truly care about what they do and who they serve.

Kendrick and his team were extremely flexible as we worked to get the program offered at our school. The students who participated in our Shop Floor Theatre program after school loved it. Shop Floor Theater is an incredible organization filled with amazing people. I got to see first hand them working with kids and the responses from them got me fairly emotional. The work they're doing to help bring the arts to communities that lack the funding to have such programs is absolutely invaluable. Their methods of integrating the kids own thoughts by allowing them to write their own plays sounds simple, yet is extremely innovative and effective. After spending a few days with the privilege of watching them work I'm a believer in Shop Floor Theatre Company.
