Wish there was less than 1 star. Flip houses for a living. Doing it for 29 years. Terrible service from start to finish including processor, closer AND the owner. Had to google the owner to try and get closing docs for a simple cash closing. Even he could not get his employees to do their job properly. I would not let them close a dog house. Stay far away.

As President of our Condo Association and a Realtor for 30 years, this is the most unprofessional Title Company I have had experiences with. They failed to collect our Estoppel fee, (though they did charge for their own estoppel fee) and then gave me a hard time. Our Association was never paid for this fee. After contacting me at the start of the closing process and asking about our fee and whether we could be paid after closing, they changed their story and said I did not send them an invoice and that no one ever called me about estoppel fees. In all my years I have never had to send an invoice for estoppel fee to a title co. There was another closing in our complex at the same time and we had no problems with that Title Company. With so many able and professional Title Companies out there, avoid this company at all costs.

This company doesn't care about customer service, they love to create drama between sellers and Buyers but provide a smooth closing, Nancy didn't follow our instructions about the Deed Vesting, simply because she doesn't want to. Being the Buyer I had to pay for a recording in a Deed with an incorrect vesting . I have emails as a proof of my request.
