Friendly have used it since it opened 10 plus years it only gets better. This visit was with the grandchildren they loved it

Award winning arts venue on your doorstep\. Fantastic. Proper community hub for all ages. Terrific cafe serving tasty homemade food. Tea, coffee & delicious cakes. Licensed. Very friendly efficient staff. See website for details, and up and coming events. Right by the river. Wheelchair access & toilets.

The Ropetackle is a really nice and friendly little performance venue run by volunteers. There is a bar.

Great band. Local warm up act was very average, but nice of them to give local talent an opportunity. Show was introduced by centre worker who rambled and maintained a silent crowd. The sound cut out briefly a few times during the show but generally felt like a very well run and done up local folk club.
