AVOID!! 48 HOURS TO UNLOAD!! No Joke!. All the negative reviews are there for a reason. Been here before a year ago and took a whole day to unload. It has just gotten worse. Another driver was rejected because the trailer smelled like new. It actually was a new one and because of it was rejected. Imagine. . Even broker had issues with the manager. We all been to bad warehouses but this can't compare to any other.

Was there numerous times over a month ago, always got unloaded within 30 minutes by same guy.Last night expecting same and was highly disappointed. They got rid of him. Guy who unloaded me last night took over 5 hours. Asked him if he unloaded by hand. Told me he took his lunch and break during course of unloading me. Guess they get 4 hour lunches and hour breaks. Get unloaded under 30 minutes numerous times there and now it takes over 5 hours. Unbelievable. Staying away from there now on.
Horrible place to work! Hired as forklift operator and they don't got enough forklifts. Unorganized. Management say they have open door policy, but warehouse workers don't have access to office where managers hide. The shift leads more worried about texting on cell phone and chit chatting instead of doing their job. When you do get a forklift and load or unload a trailer, you have to deal with upset drivers who have been waiting for hours due to the unorgization. If managers and leads dealt with the upset drivers, forklift operators can get trailers loaded and unloaded quicker. Maybe drivers won't be as upset if their trailer is being taken care of!!! 18 hr isn't worth the frustration, getting yelled at by drivers, not getting help when you ask for it, being told to do 4 things by 4 different people and then questioned every 5 minutes how your progress is by each of them and told to stop the other people's assignment and do what they told you to do first, being told everyone is a team except no one has time to help others or don't want to, searching for misplaced products, finishing what others started, having to drive in an obstacle course since product that isn't in their 'up to date' computer system and has to stay on the dock until it is about 4 weeks later, tracking down trucks that were sent to wrong dock doors, having to pick, stage, and load products into trailers being told they want it done right away when the whole process takes anywhere from 1:30-3hrs depending on where product is stored if you can find it, then having to wait for the paperwork to be printed and then seal up the trailer while the lead is texting and could do it so you can start another trailer. AND then being told to hurry up with your work because the do nothing lead and manager want to leave on time and not stay late.
Checked in on one side they sent me to the other side to dock 28 sat at a gate couldn't get in bo instructions at all this place is a joke had a horrible experience
Long wait time for loading Will give dock on appointment time only 3 hours minimum If you are going to Canada add more time for custom paperwork They can reject trailer if it s not clean If you are 15 min late .they will ask you to reschedule for next day Too busy and short staffed
4hrs to load on good day. 6 hours on bad days. This place won't allow you to check in until 15min to appt time. If you arrive late this WILL cost you 12hrs to unload and maybe 24 to 48hrs. MAY GOD HELP YOU IF YOUR HERE.
