The store it self i guess is okay, I just think they maybe need it to be bigger or carry less, it is always, ALWAYS slam packed with people. I can barely even look at the first thing I see when I walk in, let alone- shop, no matter what time of the day, it's WAY too crowded.

Nice Store. Very Clean
The staff was friendly and the store was clean. But, when I tried to redeem my rewards certificates, some did not work. They called a manager who told me that the certificates were expired but TJX would reissue the certificates because the points never expire and TJX appreciates their customers. I called TJX but they said the certificates were good for 2 years only and they do NOT reissue certificates. I was very disappointed. In addition, (no reflection on the store) the telephone representative would not disconnect with me. I wanted to do the survey that followed. I think she was doing it on purpose so I couldn’t complete the survey. I finally told her that I wanted to do the survey so could she please disconnect. She still kept me on the phone quite a bit longer to discourage me. I’ve never had that happen with any credit card or any service in the past. It was very strange.
