Melissa at Troy Dental in Plainfield did an awesome job to support when we really needed an dentist. Melissa went over and beyond to find us an appointment during a cruel and pain tooth experience. She was very patient, acted quickly and was determined to find us help. Melissa customer service skills were awesome and we greatly appreciate her guidance.

I’ve been going to Troy Dental in Shorewood, Illinois for over 1 year now, I will like to share my experience. Mohammed Rammaha, Hygienist was excellent in his down to earth personality he is. He took much care with me and my me feel relaxed has he work, I still continue to see him I highly recommend him to your family and friends. One thing you must know about him, he enjoys taking to you while be made with a smile. Thank you Mohammed Rammaha.

Everyone here is so nice and accommodating. They really care. I have to say I'm sure she means well but the lady at the front calls everyone honey or sweetie or love or baby doll. Why are you calling a grown man, my husband baby doll? This is so inappropriate and unprofessional and needs to stop! Please rectify this immediately. I gave 5 stars because all the other front desk ladies are so kind and the Dr is patient and caring.

Great place! Friendly, helpful and accommodating. My husband, myself and 3 kids all go there. We also have used Ortho on all three kids. It’s hard to find a good dentist—glad we found a place we like.
