Booked a skip from shorts as they where local and reasonably priced , wanted a skip for the following week and was told it would be with me between 8-11 am , 11.30 no sign so I called them and they said it would be with me after lunch no later than 1.30 - 2 o’clock still no sign so rang them again and was told I was the next job , it finally arrived 3.20 . It was collected in good time .

Outstanding customer service. Both drivers were really friendly .When i rang them up for the skip to be collected when i finished with it they was there within 2 hours! .I would definitely use them again.
Customer for a while with them, accounts team are a nightmare, it took more time to pay 40/month than any other invoices. It would have been easier to take the rubbish to the dump with all of the hastle.
Excellent service. Great communication and very helpful. Thanks to Gavin of Milford plant hire and Danny for the skip hire, went like clockwork. Definitely reccomend and will be using again.
