I like to go with friends to this place with my highest recommendations. I go to this restaurant often. This recommendation is always successful. The the food there is yummy and the stuff is very friendly and cooperative. always when we eat in this place we enjoy a pleasant time. warmly recommended.

This place is a hidden gem. We finally made it with my Son who been telling us about it for years. The food is very very good. Breakfast or lunch you can't go wrong. Best thing is staff is friendly, it's super clean and they have a clean and fully covered patio. We will be going back and supporting this wonderful restaurant

Great cozy family owned diner. You order the food at the counter and they bring it back to your seat when its ready. Very delicious breakfast fare. I favor the chicken fried steak entree. Crispy , juicy flavor in the steak with a nice country sauce. On top of that add the hash browns and way you go. The egg sandwich with sausage link was also very good. Nice friendly local place in Placentia everyone should visit.

Honestly a lot of Uni days were spent here at Shorty'z, relaxing after grueling animation and art classes. I don't pay anymore than I do at the school food court (which if you know is priced quite high per meal) and if anything I pay much less and get more per dollar. Fancy meals--no, hearty yes. As of writing prices may have gone up a dollar or a couple cents but they're fair and I still feel satisfied instead of hating myself after a drive thru. Breakfast or Lunch it's a treat to stop by the place. Classic American breakfasts, burgers, burritos, etc. my favorite.
